The separate, carpeted and roomy lounge bar (which is heated by a wood-burning stove in winter!) extends into a raised dining area with bare floorboards and an impressive old stone fireplace. The spacious garden, which has a children's play area, is well-stocked with trees and shrubs lending an almost rural feel to this town pub.
