Hoi Sum / Eastbourne
Find yourself the hidden gem of Eastbourne! Hoi Sum is a popular and friendly Chinese restaurant, serving up delicious and authentic cuisine to suit any palate. Apparently, they do the best Spare Ribs in town! Or try the superb half of duck with pancakes, all trimmings and a very good beef in black bean sauce. The decor is nicely cosy with exposed brick walls and relaxed lighting. Portion sizes are big here, so just make sure you bring an empty belly!
